Abstract:

The development of education in its structure is an urgent international issue to lead the future and secure it in a better way. In this research paper, we briefly address the negatives and positives of the current system of education, and then we draw the general framework for development according to the available educational infrastructure and modern educational theories, to prepare the generation for real life, and productive society, not for exams, grades, and certificates, for a better life and sustainable development of different factors of the life. To prepare the learner in different methods we believe that there are many changes are required specially in elementary education system based on the following factors: we look forward to an education that motivates the learner to learn in a flexible manner at any time, place or way that suits the learner depends on learners’ capabilities and interest, in addition, by changing the objectives, outcomes, assessment strategies and tools. Creating the motivation for lifelong continuing education and to build the skills that required to lead the future through knowledge, skills, critical thinking and values, balancing between individual and collective activities, so that education is linked to the learner’s efficiency and not to the time spent in each stage, which could be achieved by customizing the educational elements based on the needs and abilities and the appropriate method for each learner individually, this could be achieved by using artificial intelligent (AI) technology as educational tool, and by offering the assessment on demand whenever the learner is ready and wants to evaluate the achievement of educational and educational goals. To reach that, we need to change some of the existed education regulations and prepare the teacher and the learner in a different way. As most of us believe that as Nelson Mandela mentioned "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world"
