Abstract:
Reflection plays a fundamental role in teachers' learning and growth. It could be the key to encourage teachers and motivate them toward more creativity in their classroom performance. Teachers' educators could contribute in a way to make this process easy and beneficial so that teachers adapt a more reflective manner in their teachers to become more autonomous in their own learning. This small scale study explore the outcomes of the “Good, Bad or Ugly" strategy. This strategy was utilized with group of teachers by the end of the academic year. The responses will be analyzed qualitatively to find out the most common areas that have been reflected upon and way. In addition the negative reflections mentioned by the teachers and why. The study will also shed light on the application of the suggested action plans developed from these reflections. These follow up practices will indicates the actual growth that teachers achieved as a result of being involved in such profession development activity.
