Abstract:
Problem Statement:
This study starts from the premise that the multiperspectivity, as a pedagogical and researching strategy, fundamentally contributes to students' professional development in general and the academic learning in special. The reason for that is the association of the multiperspectivity with the creative and critical thinking. However, in spite of that, from the didactical perspective there are not so many practical and theoretical approaches about this issue.
In this respect, the purpose of our study is to define all necessary aspects related to both the specific connection between these concepts and the manifestation of this connection in the practical educational contexts.

Purpose of Study:
Our paper proposes a theoretic and methodologic approach of the students’ creative and critical thinking competences from the didactical perspective. Our notices are focused on the Romanian realities.
The objectives of the study are the following:
- presenting the multiperspectivity as a modality for the development of student creative and critical thinking competences;
- exploring its learning effects in the academic education system and proposing some practical examples in this respect.

Results of Study:
Multiperspectivity is a good educational solution to improve the student’s creative and critical thinking competences. On the other side, the multiperspectivity aids in the development of student autonomy and self-responsibility in learning processes, and, in addition, in the development of student the resistance to manipulation. As a consequence, multiperspectivity is a good solution to improve the student capacity to accept and respect democratic principles values.
This study is a perfect example for ensure the connection between the development of students’ professional competences and the students social integration.
