Abstract:
The study aimed to examine the effectiveness of the use of educational video channels in the teaching of art education on the development of the artistic production skills of elementary fifth-grade students, as compared to the traditional way of teaching art education.

In order to achieve the goal of the study, the researchers used the quasi-experimental approach, where the study was applied on a total sample size of 50 fifth grade students in the city of Riyadh.

The results of the study showed:
• Presence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of the students in the experimental and control groups in the skill of implementing art elements in the artwork, in favor of the experimental group.
• Presence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of the students in the experimental and control groups in expressive skills, in favor of the experimental group.

Based on the study's results the following recommendations are presented:
- Encouraging art teachers to use educational video technology when teaching art education in various grades.
- Conducting periodic assessment and evaluation of the reality of the use of IT channel video tutorial, and further studies and future research on video tutorial.
- Creating the right learning environment and ways to use video channels in the teaching of art education.
