This session discusses effective equipment, technology and ways to reduce special needs difficulties and how to attract special needs students in education. One of the most important keys is to develop the ways that deal with special needs in education and general life. Also, this session will focus in the technology and equipment that help special needs in education.

Additionally, in this session I will talk about devices and software (picture, how is working, characteristic of device, short video how student use devices) help different type of disability in education process Ex: visual impairment, Blind, hearing impairment, physical impairment …etc. Also, I will take about how mobile learning and how can be using in special needs case. In addition, how the I pad can be accessibility for special needs (Blind -visual impairment)

In this session I will go through the effective way in T. educations which are already applied in the United Arab Emirates University and which have increased the academic performance of special needs students.

This session will outline the important role of special need support in higher education by guiding, advising them in academic areas, extra-curricular activities and social life.

I will discuss how to protect the rights of special needs students, and how to motivate and support them by collaborating with staff and faculty. In this session I will go to talk about the special needs supporting office job in the UAE University such as: the documents we use to communicate with university teachers and staff, technology and equipment in special needs center and devices we give to students was helpful in education process. Additionally, I am going to present unique projects that help to fully involve special needs students with general university life and society, for example: special needs privilege card in UAE University, Braille Menu and others projects.
