Abstract:
The aim of this article is to highlight the process implemented to plot the opinion of university students about teaching method and the tool used for it, the questionnaire. Is important to make an assessment about the advantages and limitations of this tool and the output can be get by this process for decision-making for its receivers (teacher, Government of the Faculty, Quality Management Committee).

The main advantages of the process of measuring the perception of students using questionnaires are basically that it saves time and costs for the organization, while it generates other kind of intangible costs that not are valued by managers: the possibility of no representative plots of students when the interviewers carry out the questionnaire because students don’t know when they will be interviewed; the costs of fulfilling many identical questionnaires in a short period of time, that causes an indifference attitude in students; the probability that most of the persons who fulfil the questionnaire are who are unsatisfied about teacher; and a low participation rate of students. These motifs are enough to try ameliorating the procedure to measure the satisfaction to handle high quality information for improve the teaching method and accordingly to implement preventive and corrective actions for the future.
