Abstract:
The purposes of the present study were to determine the attitudes of technical and vocational teachers towards ICT integration in classroom and to determine the level of ICT integration technical and vocational classroom. Data for the study were collected using quantitative techniques. A total of to 329 technical and vocational teachers in Malaysian participated in the study. The study has shown that the level o ICT integration in classroom was moderate (Mean = 3.30; S.D. = 0.92) even though they possesses positive attitudes towards ICT (Mean = 4.06; SD. = 0.44). Further, the study found that there were no significant differences between teachers’ attitudes towards ICT and their demographic characteristics however, there was a significant correlation between ICT integration and attitudes. Teachers with positive attitudes towards ICT tend to frequently integrate ICT in their teaching regardless of other factors.
