Abstract:
This paper presents a brief overview of Special Education Diploma Program in College of Education history since it was started in 2002 and the important steps taken by the University to address the needs of quality assurance and enhancement and the University’s participation in the United Nations Development Programme/ Regional Bureau for Arab States (UNDP/RBAS) review of the program and changes made following the (UNDP/RBAS) report.
