IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF RESULTS OF NEO-INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT

Abstract:
This article expands and develops methods for assessing the quality of management of cooperation of universities and business, presented by the authors in the materials of the previous conference. For this purpose, the cooperation of these objects implementing innovative transformations in the extended range of quality of results - from upgrading to high-tech targeted changes is investigated. Such neo-industrial technological development has identified the relevance of the following problems, namely: development of a model of mechanism of knowledge management as a tool of learning and self-study to improve the quality of the results; specification of functions of the knowledge management for development of competencies of innovation receptivity of staff; formation of elements and operating subsystems of the mechanism for controlling the quality of the neo-industrial technological development. Some methods have been used in solving the problems: re-engineering of business processes for the formation of the mechanism; outrunning personality-oriented education and administrative consultation, taking into account the initial level of personnel competence; adjustment of factors showing interactivity of the personnel in consulting processes, training and on the workplaces. The following results have been obtained: some ways of improving the knowledge management system of enterprises as a result of the application of the authors' test "Knowledge Management Style" have been identified; a system of interactive teaching and learning areas of the neo-industrial technological development of the companies has been built in the cases of full-time and distance education and consulting; it has been defined roles, and necessary qualitative characteristics of a competence-mentor manager ( a coach or an agent of change), a consultant in areas of usage of capabilities of the cooperation between universities and enterprises in improving the quality of the results of the neo-industrial technological development in the knowledge management system.
