Abstract:

The demand of software development and related services is increasing day by day. The demand of cost effective technical human resource in software development creates opportunity in the developing countries like Pakistan, India etc. Off shore software development business has been increasing for the last few decades. Many software development organizations have been administering the Quality certifications (CMMI) in Pakistan. Corporate performance of any organization highly depends upon the process simplification and continuous improvement in the organization. This research study is to explore the effect on the corporate performance of Pakistani certified software firms. The indicator used to measure the performance outcome for this study is improvements in schedule and cost performance, product quality and effect on customer satisfaction.
