Abstract:
Introduction:
The e-learning has a decisive role in the innovation process at universities since it allows the inclusion of innovative educational interventions during the teaching-learning process both in initial and in ongoing training. This project aims to create online materials regarding the study of professional ethics in the subject Clinical Stays III (University of Valencia, Spain) and to present them at an online platform, to improve knowledge and accessibility to information for our students.

Methods:
Several materials were created to carry out this activity. In total, 6 themes and 6 interactive activities with feedback were created, reviewed and finally presented at the online platform Virtual Classroom. These online materials included different types of resources related to the study of ethical competence. It is a non-face-to-face proposal in which learning takes place through the Internet. At the end of each topic, activities related to the studied materials were presented, formed by several issues that the student would have to solve individually. Students received feedback after the completion of each activity.

Results:
This paper presents the online teaching materials obtained, regarding the design of several materials about professional ethics associated with the subject Clinical Stays III. The multimedia materials we submit include different types of resources. Previously, we determined some basic knowledge about ethics, understandable for Physiotherapy students, including, among others, moral values, ethics and morality or the legitimate end of the profession.
A syllabus, consisting of six units for online study, was prepared. The topics were the following:
Topic 1: Introduction to the professional ethics. Basic concepts;
Topic 2: Professional ethics. Importance of professional ethics in Physiotherapy;
Topic 3: Professional ethical principles;
Topic 4: The ethical and deontological code in Physiotherapy;
Topic 5: Ethical situations and legal aspects in Physiotherapy;
Topic 6: Ethical decisions in Physiotherapy.

Different learning activities were also proposed to the students, associated with each of the subjects. These activities asked the student to solve ethical issues related to the real clinical setting.

We offered to the students the possibility of downloading the whole online teaching materials. Therefore, this is an easy way of reusing materials and being able to study all materials asynchronously. We expect that, due to the asynchronous use of these online resources, students’ techniques and skills will improve. We also expect that higher interest and direct access to the information will be reached.

Conclusion:
These online materials are a suitable option for students, to achieve learning objectives and the proper study of professional ethics in Clinical Stays III in Physiotherapy.
