Abstract:
The aim of this paper is to provide an innovative learning experience to encourage the participation of third year students of the Degree in Physiotherapy, of the University of Valencia, in the creation of videos aimed to the health promotion, in coordination with professionals of the music in psychology and education.

In a third year’s subject that is focused in physiotherapy in primary health care, students, divided in groups, are working to elaborate videos with recommended exercises for the most common diseases in the primary level of health attention: one half of the groups will complement exercises with the music they consider adequate, and the other half will do it with music especially recommended by music professionals.

We want to analyze through questionnaires what groups are more satisfied with the end result and with what kind of videos the patients feel more motivated to practice the recommended exercises.

At the moment we can note by means personal interviews with different groups of students that the use of music is proving to be stimulating for them at the same time that help them to take the place of the patients to whom exercises are aimed.

The importance of this work lies in the possibility of a direct application of the videos, once reviewed by the tutors, in real patients since they will be published in a web of open access to the entire population.
