These factors can be classified into four groups: psychological, economic, sociological and organizational.
The methods employed to reach the dynamic model have been: exhaustive bibliographic research, not experimental field research and modeling. In the first, a comprehensive, resorting to any kind of reliable sources bibliographic search is carried out: books, compilations, indexed and scientific magazines, newspaper articles, websites, among others. No experimental field research is carried out by survey and interview methods.
