TRANSFORMATION OF THE TEACHING OF THE SUBJECT REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT INTO A DISTANCE FORM DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

In the administration or management of real estate, it is necessary to ensure the growth of quality, control and efficiency of individual processes within the management. Suitable office space with a quality indoor environment is an example of increasing the quality of work in an organization focused on efficient operation. More and more companies are beginning to realize these aspects. It is the quality of the working environment that is one of the motivating factors for university graduates and future employees.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the full-time teaching of the subject Real Estate Management at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava was also suspended. For this reason, the subject Real Estate Management is taught the distance form of education throughout the semester.

In our paper, we try to describe the transformation of teaching the subject Real Estate Management into an online environment, where the entire teaching is carried out in a distance form. It is necessary for students to acquire knowledge and skills and skills needed for property management such as. asset management property management and facility management, understanding the process, importance and effective use of real estate for business. Real estate is one of the important production factors that affect the economic results of the organization and labor productivity. To create a well-functioning real estate management team, groups are created in companies equipped with qualified employees according to individual specialties.
