Abstract:
The study analyses and in terms of intersexual aspects compares the opinions of 3353 students (boys and girls) and 573 teachers (men and women) of physical and sport education within the secondary schools of Slovakia on the thematic unit - Sports Games. The survey was conducted from 2016 to 2018, while the method of questionnaire was used. The quantification of results was realized by using the percentage, while the intersex differences of groups' were evaluated by the method of inductive statistics (Chi-square test) at the significance level of p<0,01 and p<0,05. The method of correlation relationships was used within the questions 1, 2, 6 and 7. The thematic unit - Sports Games was the most popular thematic unit among students and teachers (54.99%), while the least popular thematic unit (both groups) was - Gymnastics (44.29%). Within the teaching of thematic unit - Sports Games, both groups (students and teachers) preferred the team sports rather than the individual sports, while the most popular sports game was football (boys and men) and volleyball (girls and women). Both groups (students and teachers) identified the rules of basketball as the most complex, within the teaching of thematic unit - Sports Games (50.64%). In terms of statistical significance of intersexual differences of secondary school students (boys and girls), we recorded the significant differences (p<0.01) within the questions of questionnaire. Among teachers (men and women), we recorded the statistical significant difference in three responses (the most popular thematic unit, the most and least popular team sports game). The correlation analysis showed that there was very high correlation relationship in responses of secondary school students (boys) and physical and sport education teachers (men), mainly between the least complex rules and most popular team sports game. The listed study is the part of research project KEGA “012UMB-4/2019 The Application of Modern Information and Communication Technologies to the Positive Stimulation of the Adolescent's Relationship to the Realization of Healthy Physical Activities in School and Leisure Time”.
