Play-based learning is a dynamic and effective educational strategy that utilizes pleasant activities and interactive experiences to promote skill development. All ages can improve their cognitive abilities, problem-solving skills, creativity, and social interactions through playful exploration. Play-based learning promotes active participation and exploration motivated by curiosity, making the learning process pleasant, impactful, and memorable. Play-based learning has great significance for adults because it provides a unique avenue for personal development, creativity, and enrichment. Adults exercise their minds by immersing themselves in interactive and challenging play, refining their critical thinking skills, and adapting to various situations. Learning through recreation has profound effects on emotional well-being in addition to its intellectual benefits. In the end, play-based learning enriches the adult experience by opening the door to self-discovery, creativity, and fulfillment. By embracing the power of play, adults expose themselves to a world of continuous development and transformation, thereby capturing the essence of learning as a lifelong journey.
Understanding the fundamentals of interior architecture enables individuals to create harmonious, functional, and aesthetically appealing spaces and appreciate well-designed public areas, contributing to a more visually pleasing and functional built environment for enhanced living and working experiences. This knowledge enables individuals to improve their living and working environments, nurturing a sense of comfort, productivity, and overall fulfillment.
INTER-IUM is a platform that allows users to express their imagination and problem-solving skills when designing interior spaces. Through the selection of design styles, functionality, materials, and furniture components, an interactive platform enables design enthusiasts to create personalized spaces. Users may improve their concepts and communicate ideas within the design society by utilizing sketching and collaborative sharing features. Downloadable perfected designs bring artistic visions to life, making this online game a valuable resource for inspiring creativity in interior design. The study examines how the game facilitates experiential learning through playful engagement and promotes collaboration among participants from diverse backgrounds. The study will employ a mixed-method research design, combining quantitative and qualitative approaches to examine the experiential learning aspects and collaborative opportunities offered by INTER-IUM. The study will gather quantitative and qualitative data through pre- and post-study surveys and interviews to examine participants' perceptions of interior architecture knowledge and their experiences with the INTER-IUM platform. The research seeks to provide valuable insights into the impact of INTER-IUM on interior architecture enthusiasts and its implications for fostering creativity and skill development through playful engagement and interaction within the field of interior design. The findings from this study may contribute to a better understanding of the potential benefits of virtual platforms like INTER-IUM in enriching learning experiences and professional development in interior architecture.Keywords:
