Abstract:
What am I doing now? This is a question that most students wonder when they finish their university studies. Entering the labor market is an issue which concerns businesses, students and universities. Therefore, this study expect to help both graduates and universities to improve the knowledge of what the labor market demands. In particular, the aim of this paper is to analyze the integration of graduates of Management and Business Administration in the labor market, exploring the training needs and abilities that business network requires to face the challenges of a growing competitive environment. We focus on the most demanding requirements by companies to the University to train students with resources and abilities. In this way, we expect to bring the Degree of Management and Business Administration close to reality of labor market integration.

For that, we carry out a survey to public and private companies who use Universa services of the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Zaragoza.

According to this study, we can obtain a set of useful conclusions to improve the employability of our students. We can know which are both modes of entry and characteristics looked for companies at present.

In conclusion, we develop a project to bring a gap between the University and the society in terms of employment, facilitating the understanding of the needs and opportunities for both parts. So we may design new strategies to increase the employability of our students. Moreover, we expect to extend this project to other degrees because this study can be replicated for other disciplines. In this way, we could get a more global view of present outlook.
