Abstract:
In this paper we explore the Mobility Features (MFs), and introduce the Mobile Learning Experience (MLE) for today’s competitive university stakeholders; Faculty, Learning and Academic Community (FLAC). We then provide guiding principles to optimize the MLE of the FLAC. Our development effort of MLE for FLAC is based on Learning best practice, and latest MFs technology. The MLE framework is also supported with our IT Strategy General Guiding Principles (GGPs) to ensure that IT is aligned with the MLE requirements.
