The major goal of this study is to determine the degree of ICT knowledge, skill and attitude among science teachers in the Iranian high schools in Tehran, Iran. A group sample of 376 teachers was selected through simple random sampling method. The research methodology was based on a survey method. To study the goals of research, one instrument and questionnaire were used to evaluate and compare ICT knowledge, skills and attitude among science teachers in high schools. To analyze the obtained results from the descriptive and inferential statistics, two dimensional tables were applied. The results showed that out of 376 respondents, the relationship between educational level and type of computer (PC) and PCs linked to a network (P-value = 0.994) was not significant. Inferential statistics also showed that there was a meaningful difference in ICT knowledge and skill among science teachers in 10 components and these abilities were low or high in various studied cases.
