Abstract:
Introduction: Evaluation is one of the most significant methods/techniques to develop education. Through evaluation, the effect of planned and implemented learning and teaching processes can be identified. In addition to their weaknesses and strengths. Thus enabling the suggestion of possible solutions to affirm and support the strengths, and to remedy the weaknesses and avoid them. The final outcome of the learning/teaching process is the learner and achieving her comprehensive development (i.e., cognitive, mental, spiritual, and skill). Tests, observation tools, ratting scales, trends' measurements, or self-assessment techniques are used in order to evaluate the extent to which the student has achieved this development. Tests are considered one of the most important assessment tools to measure student performance.

Module Title: Using Test’s Competencies to Assess Learners' Performance

General Objective: The module aims at training teachers and faculty members helping teachers acquire Performance Based Assessment Competencies of using tests to assess learners' performance.

Specific objectives: After the completion of the module, the trainee is expected to have achieved the following Contents and training activities:

- Achievement Test:
- Performance Tests:

Target Group: The module is designed to train teachers in general education schools,as well as faculty members at higher education institutions.

Results: This module has been designed after referring to sources and studies related to; evaluation; assessments and module designing. Thus, it includes the module title, an introduction, a target group, a general objective, specific objectives, contents, training activities, assessment tools, suggested/further/required readings, and references.
This module is designed to be used for direct or indirect training; and for training with a trainer or self-training; and for individual and group settings training.
Proposed Future Studies.
• Using this module as a model to design educational and training modules in other educational fields, such as, classroom management, teaching methods and strategies, etc.
• Using this module in electronic training, teaching, and learning (remote learning).
