Abstract:
The emergence electronic learning ( E-Learning) has transformed the ways of communication between learner and teacher by changing their roles and responsibilities. It presents huge challenges to the roles and responsibilities of teacher and students. The teachers’ role has been changed from traditional role as transmitter of knowledge to facilitator who helps the learner through virtual environment. Teachers have to decide whether to try to pull learner away from their native digital world or to motivate digital learner by tapping into their digital world and using their natural inclination and inquisitiveness about all that is digital. There is great challenge for educators and training developers to rethink their approaches to teaching and training and also to decide how technologies can support the learning and teaching. The paper will discuss the roles and responsibilities of teacher and students and will suggest an innovative approach for the best use of technologies for E-Learning.Keywords:
