Abstract:
Nowadays most of the educational organizations use separate information systems or communicational channels for the various types of services they support. For example, a university maintains course management systems, student information systems, file storages, web sites, mail servers, group and pages in social networks, video channels etc. Looking for a simple and easy integration between them is the main reason for our interest in this issue.

Using of external adaptive systems for easy, fast, flexible, customizable, and user-friendly transfer of data from one e-system to another in this article we consider as a way of creative control over education systems. We focus on popular existing services that empower users with creative control over the applications, products, and devices users love and use every day, every hour, and every minute in our advanced hi-tech era. We analyze methods, technologies and their application for improving ease of access to e-services and expect they would improve the quality of education, and they would reduce the time and energy spent for routine operations that students, teachers, and staff do often. Based on our research we try to formulate the key requirements for building a platform able to use wide range of services to execute creative control over the educational systems.
