Abstract:
With the influx of robotisation and the AI in different spheres of the socio-economic life, including education, the profound changes in societies and industries (Industry 4.0) are notable. Changes in the profile of professions, including disappearance of some, and appearance of the other are started to be reflected upon. Though there are several studies on the subject, a more in-depth analysis on the implications on education remains to be completed. Whilst the implications of the process are to some extent tackled in the studies and in a public discourse, the discussions on implications for education are mostly missing. Therefore the paper is dedicated to exploration of recent studies in the field with an aim to identify main thematic focal points for educationalists, who will be at the forefront of the profound changes. In order to maintain a manageable and productive, also safe transition at the face of profound changes, the in-depth analysis and recommendations for education should be tackled, therefore, a study design will also be presented.
