Abstract:
The Limitations and obstacles will be overcome by effective manpower planning and utilization of technology for the mass population of youths in India, especially in University circle. The three dimensional control of the governing authorities, all India Council for Technical Education(AICTE), DTE (Govt. of Maharashtra) and The university helps in innovating the teaching skills in Indian Education system as well as look for help to the students for the smooth admission procedures and syllabus up-gradation as per the corporate demand . The teacher student relationship should be beyond the traditional and routine way of teaching. The new technological approaches are helping both teacher and students to improve their skills in their own areas.
Last decade was significant as India opened the service sector for foreign market as per WTO (World Trade Organisation) agreement where the education sector was benefitted with the sharing of knowledge and new techniques with foreign Universities. Student Exchange, Faculty exchange, expert on regular basis help both the participants to learn each others' way of teachings and understand the strengths and weaknesses among themselves.
