Abstract:
Introduction
Physiotherapy in neurological patients is a very complex subject for students of third year. They have been previously trained in trauma pathology, so in this subject they must learn new concepts and new approaches to treatment. On the other hand, these diseases are common and very disabling, therefore, the students must be formed from a comprehensive and critical point of view for patient’s benefit. Ultimately, a methodology that highlighted evidence-based practice and also allowed to acquire all the skills in this area is a challenge for the teacher.

Objectives
To incorporate a multifunction virtual resource, the eXelearning, to the teaching methodology. To adapt the learning environment and interactions in the classroom in order to work in an atmosphere of trust, which allows and guarantees the open process of experimentation and learning attitudinal skills required for neurological physiotherapy.

Method
Teaching learning units, videos, interactive activities and quizzes will be posted using eXelearning, a free program for creating didactic web content. Practical sessions will be small working groups created by the students. So we will promote guidance and personalized learning in an appropriate context.

Results
At the end of the course we will assess students' satisfaction with this methodology and its effectiveness in the acquisition of skills.

Conclusions
eXelearning presents the content in an interactive and engaging way. Adapting learning environment favors the acquisition of professional skills.
