Abstract:
The declaration of the ministers of education in Bologna on 19th June 1999 changes the educational systems of all the European countries.

The European Credit Transfer system (ECTS) takes into account the dedication to learning, seminars, exercises resolution, educational forums, self-evaluation, ... apart from assistance to classroom, laboratory and other educational classic activities.

New technologies are necessary in order that teachers can face this new situation.

Rehearsals with different technologies were produced in years 2000-2002 (initial phase) and after an evaluation we have advanced in the study in years 2003-2008 (phase of development) comparing different technologies.

A comparative table and a choice of suitable methods has been established.

In the "advanced phase" (2008-...), the educational methods selected have been put in practice and we have achieved really surprising results, which make us think that is an environment that fits perfectly to the philosophy of education needed for the new European space of education is possible. With measurable results of success.
