Abstract:
Introduction:
An Advanced Teaching Innovation Project is presented, funded by the Innovation Projects and Good Teaching Practices Program of the Quality, Innovation and Prospective Unit of the University of Granada (FIDO Plan 2018-20). The project arises from the plan to improve the Official Master's Degree in Human Nutrition, in terms of its training program. For this, it is oriented to the development of teaching capacities and competencies demanded by the current university teaching-learning roles and scenarios, to improve the teaching performance of the Master's professors and adapt this teaching to the current student body. The reverse class or Flipped Classroom is a “pedagogical model that transfers the work of certain learning processes outside the classroom and uses class time, together with the teacher's experience, to facilitate and enhance other processes of knowledge acquisition and practice inside the classroom ”. Therefore, the class in reverse is not a tool or a technology, but a way of working with students that facilitates their learning in a personalized way: the center of learning is always the student with their needs and not the tools knowledge. The reverse class allows to personalize learning, since the basic content is studied at home with materials provided by the teacher while class time is invested in creating through practice, reflecting and understanding in a formative and individualized way for each pupil.

Objective:
The main objective of the project, therefore, is to generate a good and innovative teaching practice (the "reverse class") as an action to improve the Official University Master's Degree in Human Nutrition, in terms of the design, organization, development and evaluation of its program formative.

Methods:
The teaching of a subject will begin with an initial evaluation with simple test tools prior to the beginning of the course (such as Clicker or Socrative). In addition to solving doubts derived from these questions, for subsequent presentation and discussion in the classroom with all classmates, teachers will generate resources in different formats. During the teaching of each subject, an evaluation system will be made within the classroom, with the Kahoot platform, which allows students to answer with their mobile devices and be evaluated directly in the classroom.

Results:
The aim of this project is to improve postgraduate teaching performance, adapting teaching to the requirements of current educational contexts and Master's students, moving towards a teaching practice based on innovation, as well as creating resources and materials and exchanging new teaching practices.

The resources and products generated will be:
• online documents with scientific quality criteria (supervised by the teaching staff)
• videos (Vimeo, TED or MOOC)
• Interactive PDF with links to expand information
• Battery of questionnaires for Kahoot, useful for any graduate program in Human Nutrition
