Abstract:
The difference between humans is in their level of personal development. For this reason the humans’ minds should be intelligently cultivated from a very young age and fiercely guarded, because the good future of all of us depend only on ourselves. The aim of this paper is to present the second part of The Intelligent Student concept, which has been developed over time and presented in front of students in the form of an interactive lecture, who find it very interesting and helpful. The first part was presented at ICERI2018. Through this lecture, students learn how to intelligently develop their potential, what are the pitfalls on their way of development and why they must grow.

Our experience points out that often students are not aware of what the future could offer them, don’t really think about it and what they should expect to happen with their lives, what they will need to do in order to live a worthy life, how much the future depends on them, what they could change in the world, what is their real potential and how to develop it in time. The picture becomes even worst because from very young age they are being attacked from all sides with polluted air and multitude of junk foods that steal their health, mind and awareness from themselves. An eastern old folks’ saying states “Strong and healthy mind and spirit - strong and healthy body”. But the opposite is also true!

This paper, being the second part of the lecture, aims to further boost students’ desire for development and give them reason and purpose, through making them understand why their development is so important to them and to society as one whole, what is expected to happened in their real life and how they influence their own future, how are they interconnected with the others around them, why they should learn to work in team, what are the pitfalls standing in front of their success and how to overcome them, what are ego and real self-esteem, what are the trends of development and decline and finally what is expected to happened with their life when they finish their education and become an active part of the workforce. The lecture is interactive because while it is being presented, students are directly involved in it through many questions and examples. The methodology is to make students think, work, visualize the matter and wonder through common examples close to everyone which will bring them experience, make them understand and memorize this matter. This information, which seems to be new to them, opens their minds, gives them the purpose to study with desire and allows them to succeed faster and unimpeded in time.
