Abstract:
PURPOSE
To evaluate and analyze the perception of the knowledge adquire in a topic of Pharmacy degree (Pharmacokinetics) and its application in a future job.

INTRODUCTION
Bologna´s declaration in 1999 started a new process of changes and armonization of Europe University System to adapt them to the European Area for Higher Education.
It involves a huge structural and methodological change in our syllabuses which main aim is to increase the responsibility of the student in their own learning. So, it will be important to develop new methodologies to evaluate of exploit of classes by student using new evaluation techniques.

MATERIAL AND METHODS:
Two groups of students (141 pupils) of pharmacy (3rd or 4th level) were selected to this study and the subject was based on pharmacokinetic and biopharmacy. Students of 3rd level are students of this subject now and students of 4th level pass this subject last year. An easy questionariare was prepared with 4 questions about their personal syllabus and 16 test questions about the application of the subject.

RESULTS
A comparison of answers per pupil and question was studied. The explanation of knowledge achieved in all the dimensions: quantity and quality.
Students of 4th level (they have passed the subject) have more knowledge about application of the subject in future job than student of 3rd level but this knowledge it not very extensive.
Results determine that pupils did not have any idea about basic knowledge previous to the topic and they finished and pass the subject without a real perception of their use in clinical.

CONCLUSION
Pupils pass the exam about several topic but they don’t make a relation between knowledge acquired in class and its application for real life in their future job. More explanations about real application of knowledge should be done by professor to increase a real perception and knowledge of the different subjects of the syllabus.
