Abstract:
The occupation of spaces by man was motivated by constant needs. The environments destined for housing, social coexistence, and the several work-oriented activities have been configured and modified in agreement with the society evolution in its longings for basic, material and emotional subsistence. (BARCELLOS, BOTURAS JR, 2017). Lined up the work strand the information society brought with it the facilitation of the process of access to knowledge and a change in society and in organizations. It is at this point that the forms and manifestations of work are restructuring itself in such a way as to meet the required changes.

The Coworkings are physical spaces destined to the meeting of individuals who look for flexibility and autonomy in the work. They are usually occupied by freelancers workers such as independent businessmen, entrepreneurs and freelancers (Leforestier, 2009). Coworking's are notable mainly for their capability to interaction among professionals of the most diverse types of knowledge and experience. In this way, these spaces have particular organizations capable of manifesting the informal exchange of knowledge and collaboration between individuals (Estrin, 2008).

Such organizations bring to the fore the need of the identification of the Organizational Ergonomics or macroergonomy comprehended by these systems associated with the improvement of work organization, work scheduling, job satisfaction, motivational theory, supervision, teamwork, distance work and ethics (Gomes, Silva, Horst, 2017)

The prominent places in the companies aren’t longer those responsible for the production and distribution process and becomes responsible for the distribution of information and knowledge (Drucker, 1993). In relation to the intersection between production, productive environment, and knowledge network, the current trend is the sharing of spaces, information, opinions, ideas, business and projects has been presented as a new method intended to contribute through the crowd. (CAPDEVILLA, 2014, BARRETO, FERRAZ, 2014).

Social networks have presented as a propulsive tool of business and projects capable of modifying the way work is understanding and share. In relation to the intersection between production and productive environment, the current trend is the sharing kind (CAPDEVILLA, 2014, BARRETO, FERRAZ, 2014).

Despite the various methods cited in the literature for creative spaces, coworking, few methodologies are found for the development of processes of these spaces with a efficacious utilization in an investigative project.

This article presents the analysis of creative spaces and coworkings used in the development of social networks making a comparison between the presential projects made in them and those developed outside these spaces, so that one can identify the influence of its use and of its organizational ergonomics on the quality of what was produced.
