Abstract:
The topic of the article is the discipline of the novice teachers. The paper deals with the factors that influence the discipline in teaching process of the novice teachers. Similar researches on this discipline have been published, but they are not elaborated in the literature so far. The research focuses on the factors that influence the discipline of novice teachers in the Czech Republic and Slovenia, in the target area of Maribor. The main aim of this article is to answer the following question: "Are there specific factors that influence discipline in the teaching process of novice teachers?" The outcome of the research will be a comparison of factors that influence discipline in teaching process of novice teachers in the Czech Republic and Slovenia. Using cluster and factor analysis, we specified factors from both countries. Based on this methodology, we have answered the above-mentioned research question. In the research we compared the opinions of students who are also novice teachers on the issue of discipline of pupils in teaching in the Czech Republic with students' opinions in Slovenia. The research results will serve as a methodology for novice teachers not only in the Czech Republic but also abroad.
