Abstract:
Feature films are an easily available and contextually rich source of authentic material which can be exploited in the language classroom.This study provides some listening activities given during watching the film and a questionnarie given after watching the film to reflect students’ opinions about these activities. Several listening activities about the film ‘Bee Movie’ is conducted by The students of Anadolu University School Of Foreign Languages . After then the effectiveness of these activities were tested by a questionnarie.At the end of this study it is understood that studying feature films to improve students’ listening skills helps students in several ways.These results will be explained in the study.
