Abstract:
This study, entitled The Knowledge Sharing and Learning through a Corporate Social Network, aimed to design and implement a corporate social networking site which serves as a technological tool to enable and facilitate interaction and exchange among participants Program Advisor Algar. The survey consisted of a qualitative analysis, descriptive case study by counting, for this purpose with literature and field research, enriched by the contributions sought in Discourse Textual Analysis. The research objectives are to: (i) Identify and point out the steps necessary to implement the social networking site UniAlgar corporate - corporate university of the Algar Group, (ii) Examine the social networking site UniAlgar enabled and encouraged the exchange of knowledge among participants of the Program Advisor Algar, and (iii) Verify that the technological social networking site can be indicated in cases of corporate knowledge sharing. Based on this study it was concluded that the Websites and social networking tools can help in the process of knowledge sharing and learning. However, the strategy of adopting such tools in an organizational context and process of learning and knowledge sharing requires the elaboration of a comprehensive, consistent plan to consider, including financial, human and structural. Moreover, it requires a paradigm shift and mental models about education and how to involve employees in processes of co-creation of knowledge.
